Techniques

Dr. Brian Copple employs a variety of techniques to suit each person and/or situation. Two common techniques we employ are:activator-technique

Activator – A light force technique delivered with an instrument. Comparable to a staple gun without any pain, it is used specifically to adjust the spine.

Manual, Diversified or Gonstead – A traditional technique using manual adjusting of the spine.

With chiropractic care, there are many options in providing the support you need for your spine.

Custom Orthotic Shoe Inserts

Along with Chiropractic Care and Massage therapy, one of our most popular and beneficial services is Custom Orthotic Shoe Inserts.

Why? Foot inserts support the positioning in the bones of your feet that can crucially benefit foot or back pain.

Take a moment to review the video to help understand why this can be such a life changer with regards to back and foot pain.

Does the thought of getting adjusted “creep you out”?

Many people can’t stand the thought of getting their “back cracked” or “neck popped”. It is the MAJOR REASON why most people who don’t see chiropractors simply won’t consider it.

The “urban myths” associated with being adjusted range from scenes of personal carnage, the likes of which a Schwarzenegger character might employ, to a more run of the mill prejudice that spawns from a lack of understanding or experience.

Many draw their conclusions about manipulative therapy based on this terribly inaccurate and frankly, ignorant information. It’s really pretty silly, but never-the-less, it needs to be addressed.
